We call it depression, addiction, shame, and insecurity, but before that and beneath that, we are precious, loving, and tender beings who have been wounded.
The suffering we are experiencing is the result of the accumulated trauma, pain, and unresolved wounds within us.
In short: Our hearts are hurting.
HOW CAN WE HEAL OUR HEARTS?
The Empowered Heart methodology offers a map and language to help in the process of understanding our emotional pain and healing from it. By looking at our wounds and giving ourselves permission to feel the deeper feelings beneath the exterior shell of ego and protection, we can better understand where the pain is coming from and what we need to feel better.
As we obtain the ability to more clearly understand our needs, we’re then able to transform the cycle of suffering by consciously being with ourselves, understanding our true feelings, and taking continual action to get our needs––Connection, Release, Comfort, and Love––met.
Led by a powerful, compassionate, and trained group of facilitators, The Empowered Heart Community offers a safe and nurturing space where the truth is welcome and consciousness is the guide.
Through interactive discussion groups, guided meditations, and an ever-growing library of recorded audio and video, each member has the support they need along their unique journey of healing.
